Ghana Cocoa Board
COCOBODGhana Cocoa Board is the main government body responsible for regulating Ghana's cocoa industry. It oversees production, marketing and export and works with its divisions and subsidiaries across the cocoa value chain.

Cocoa Marketing Company (Ghana) Limited
CMCCocoa Marketing Company handles the purchase, storage and export of Ghana's cocoa and manages the country's cocoa marketing activities in international markets.

Quality Control Company Limited
QCCQuality Control Company is responsible for checking the quality of Ghana's cocoa through inspection, sampling, grading and laboratory testing before export.

Seed Production Division
SPDThe Seed Production Division produces and distributes improved cocoa seeds and seedlings for farmers involved in farm rehabilitation and replanting.
